Prime Time Rewind is the sole owner of individual and aggregated user statistics and information collected on Prime Time Rewind Sites. We do not
share or sell your information with anyone without your authorization or consent in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Statement.
Registration
Prime Time Rewind provides some features exclusively to its members. Our registration process requires you to provide Prime Time Rewind with a
valid email address as well as a username and password of your choice. Other information may be required later, such as your first and last name,
year of birth, zip code, and country of residence to help Prime Time Rewind have a better understanding of its visitors and members. You may choose
not to provide us with certain optional information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of special features offered only to our members.
Our application automatically gathers certain anonymous usage information from you, including, but not limited to, the length of your session, the number
of tracks and streams or movies you've played in a certain session, the duration of these interactions, the number of tracks or movies you've transferred
to a portable device, the number of tags you've created, the number of comments you've sent, and the ratings you've given. We use this information in
aggregate, to better understand how people use the various parts of our service and to improve the content, features and functionality of the application.
Personalization
The Prime Time Rewind Personalization feature allows you to personalize your Prime Time Rewind CUBE Facet and provides us with information about the media
that you are playing. Use of the Prime Time Rewind Personal Channel function is completely voluntary.
Minor's Privacy
We do not collect or maintain information on Prime Time Rewind Sites from those people we actually know are under 13 years old.
Surveys or Contests
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on Prime Time Rewind Sites. If you participate we will request certain Personal
Information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you, therefore, have a choice whether or not to disclose this
information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).
We only use this information internally to determine eligibility, notify contest winners, and to measure the success of our efforts.

The Prime Time Rewind wiki is written and maintained by Prime Time Rewind members and non-Prime Time Rewind contributors. The Prime Time Rewind wiki is a place where
contributors can put links to their projects, as well as to pages where people can discuss shows they like. This includes building up episode description catalogs, fan
information, and whatever else that might enhance viewer experiences with shows on Prime Time Rewind. The Prime Time Rewind wiki shall be reviewed and maintained by Prime
Time Rewind members and objectionable or questionable commentary shall be deleted at the discretion of the Prime Time Rewind team.
The Blog
The Prime Time Rewind blog is written and maintained by members and contributors of the Prime Time Rewind team. The Prime Time Rewind blog is dedicated to discussions about
topics pertaining to the new media industry, ranging from shows to developments in the video on the net space. The thoughts and opinions are solely those of the Prime Time
Rewind blog contributors and not necessarily those of Prime Time Rewind as a whole.
Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on the rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if Prime Time Rewind is acquired we will notify
you with an e-mail. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive these announcements, you have the option
to deactivate your account.
Customer Service
Based upon the Personal Information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response

be maintained if it is connected with billing information or as required by law.
Users of the Prime Time Rewind Sites are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice
as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.

Prime Time Rewind has adopted the following general policy with regard to copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The address of
Prime Time Rewind's Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement ("Designated Agent") is listed at the end of this policy.
Unlike aggregation sites with content hosting services for user-created content, Prime Time Rewind does not host user-created content. Prime Time Rewind simply links to sites
with user-created content and Real Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds. It, however, is Prime Time Rewind's policy, to the fullest extent technically feasible, to
(1) block access
to or remove material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our users;
(2) remove and discontinue
service to repeat offenders.
A. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements:
If you believe that material or content residing on the Prime Time Rewind Website infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the
following information, in English, to the Designated Agent listed below:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;
- Identification of works or materials being infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing including information regarding the location of the infringing materials that the copyright owner seeks to
have removed, with sufficient detail so that Prime Time Rewind is capable of finding and verifying its existence;
- Contact information about the notifier including address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address;
- A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
B. Once Proper Bona Fide Infringement Notification is Received by the Designated Agent:
It is Prime Time Rewind's policy:
- to remove or disable access to the infringing material;
- to notify the user that it has removed or disabled access to the material; and
- that repeat offenders will have the infringing material removed from the system and that Prime Time Rewind will terminate such user's access to the website and service.
C. Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent:
If the user believes that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is either not infringing, or the user believes that it has the right to post and use such
material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, the user must send a counter-notice containing the following information, in English, to
the Designated Agent listed below:
- A physical or electronic signature of the user;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material; and
- User's name, address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address and a statement that such person or entity consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for
the judicial district in which in which Prime Time Rewind is located, and that such person or entity will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of
the alleged infringement.
If a counter-notice is received by the Designated Agent, Prime Time Rewind may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it
may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user, the removed material
may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, at Prime Time Rewind's discretion.
